How do I share a list?

Open the list, choose Share, and enter someone's email. They get an invite link. Once they accept, you both see and edit the same list in real time.

Do the people I invite need to pay?

No. The person who shares the list needs Premium. People you invite can join with a free account.

How many lists can I share?

As many as you like, with as many people as you like, on one Premium plan.

What can collaborators do?

Add tasks, tick them off, and edit titles, dates, notes, subtasks and reminders. Lists you haven't shared stay private.

Does it update in real time?

Yes. Changes show up for everyone on the list within seconds, without refreshing.
