OnlyList Privacy Policy

OnlyList is a productivity app for creating and managing personal task lists.

Information we collect

We collect account information you provide, including your name, email address, and password credentials. Passwords are stored as salted password hashes, not plain text.

We store task data you create in the app, including lists, task titles, due dates, reminders, notes, comments, tags, completion state, deleted task state, and uploaded attachment data if you add files.

We may store account verification and password reset tokens for a limited time so you can verify your email address or recover access to your account.

How we use information

We use your information to provide account access, save and sync your task data, maintain sessions, send account emails, secure the service, and operate core app features.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share task content with third parties for advertising. If you use sharing or collaboration features, selected task or list data may be visible to people you explicitly invite.

If Premium subscriptions are enabled, purchase and subscription status may be processed by the app stores and RevenueCat so we can unlock paid features. OnlyList does not receive your full payment card details.

Security

OnlyList uses HTTPS in production, server-side password hashing, and HttpOnly session cookies.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account from the profile menu in the app. Account deletion removes your account, sessions, and saved task data from the server database, subject to limited backup and log retention. More details are available at Account and Data Deletion.

Children

OnlyList is not intended for children under 13.
