OnlyList Privacy Policy

OnlyList is a productivity app for creating and managing personal task lists.

Information we collect

We collect account information you provide, including your name, email address, and password credentials. Passwords are stored as salted password hashes, not plain text.

We store task data you create in the app, including lists, task titles, due dates, reminders, notes, comments, tags, completion state, deleted task state, and locally uploaded attachment data if you add files.

How we use information

We use your information to provide account access, save and sync your task data, maintain sessions, secure the service, and operate core app features.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share task content with third parties for advertising. If collaboration features are enabled later, data may be shared with people you explicitly invite.

Security

OnlyList uses server-side password hashing and HttpOnly session cookies. You should use OnlyList only over HTTPS in production.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account from the profile menu in the app. Account deletion removes your account, sessions, and saved task data from the server database.

Children

OnlyList is not intended for children under 13.
