Due dates and times
Set a date, then add a reminder time if the task needs a specific moment. Or leave it anytime and let it show up in Today and Overdue without a clock attached.
Reminders App
OnlyList combines reminders with actual task context: due dates, notes, subtasks, recurring schedules, snooze, tags, lists, and planning views.
A reminder should not live alone like a cryptic alarm named "thing". In OnlyList it belongs to a task with context, list, notes, subtasks, files, comments, and planning history.
Set a date, then add a reminder time if the task needs a specific moment. Or leave it anytime and let it show up in Today and Overdue without a clock attached.
Repeat daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, weekdays, weekends, every two weeks, quarterly, or on the last day of the month. Complete one and the next occurrence appears automatically.
Snooze a task to tomorrow, next week, or a custom date. It disappears until then and comes back like a well-behaved reminder instead of a guilty thought.
Open any task and set a due date. Then tap the reminder time field and pick a time, for example, 9:00 AM on the due date. OnlyList sends a browser or app notification at that time. You can also add a reminder without a due date if you just want a nudge at a specific time.
Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, every weekday, every weekend, every two weeks, quarterly, and the last day of the month. When you complete a recurring task, the next occurrence is created automatically with the due date advanced. The original task record is kept so you can see your completion history.
Overdue tasks collect in the Overdue smart view so you can find everything that slipped at once. From there you can reschedule to a new date, move a task to Someday, snooze it to a future time, or just check it off. Nothing disappears quietly.
Yes. Snooze any task to tomorrow, next week, or a custom date. Snoozed tasks vanish from your active views and reappear automatically on the date you chose. There is a dedicated Snoozed smart view if you ever want to see everything you have deferred.
