OnlyList Account and Data Deletion

Effective date: May 26, 2026

You can delete your OnlyList account and associated server data at any time.

Delete your account in the app

Open OnlyList, sign in, open your profile menu, and choose Delete account. You will be asked to confirm before the account is removed.

What is deleted

Account deletion removes your OnlyList account, active sessions, saved task data, synced lists, notes, comments, reminders, deleted task state, and uploaded attachment data stored with your account.

Shared lists

If you created or joined shared lists, deleting your account removes your account access and related membership records. Content visible to other collaborators may remain where required to preserve a shared list for remaining members.

Backups and logs

Deleted account data may remain in encrypted server backups or operational logs for a limited period before those backups rotate out. We do not use backup data to restore deleted accounts unless required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@myonlylist.com from the email address used for your OnlyList account. Include "Delete my OnlyList account" in the subject line. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.
