Built for people who want a clear week, not another dashboard.

The planner shows the shape of your week while keeping task details close by. It helps with errands, study plans, work tasks, routines, and family lists without demanding a weekly planning robe.

Drag into a day

Move an overdue or unscheduled task from the backlog into the day where it belongs. The due date updates automatically. No tiny date-field expedition required.

Timed and anytime tasks

Add a reminder time to any task when it needs a specific slot: 9:00 AM for a call, 6:00 PM for an errand. Leave other tasks as anytime items so they appear in the day without being tied to a clock.

Works with every list

By default the planner shows tasks across all your lists so you plan the full week in one place. Filter down to a single list, like Work or Home,: when you want to focus on one area.

Planner, calendar, board, and matrix each answer a different question.

Common questions

How does the weekly planner work?

The planner shows a backlog column on the left containing overdue tasks, tasks with no date, and tasks marked Someday and a day column for each day of the week. Drag any task from the backlog into a day and it gets that date set automatically. You can also drag tasks between days to reschedule them.

Can I reorder tasks within a day?

Yes. Drag tasks up or down within a day column to set the order you plan to work through them. This is purely visual ordering. It does not change due dates or reminder times, just the sequence within that day.

Is the planner different from Plan Today?

Yes. Plan Today is a smart view that surfaces tasks due today, overdue tasks, and starred or pinned items. It is for reviewing your current day and deciding what to act on now. The Planner is a visual weekly board for assigning unscheduled tasks to future days ahead of time. Use Plan Today every morning; use the Planner to map out the week.

Does the planner show tasks from all my lists?

By default yes. The backlog and day columns show tasks across all your lists so you can plan the full week in one place. Use the list filter to narrow the view to a single list when you want to plan Work or Home separately.

Is the planner free?

The Planner view is a Premium feature. The free plan includes Plan Today, Overdue, Tomorrow, and Next 7 days smart views, which cover most daily planning needs. Premium adds the visual weekly Planner with drag-and-drop, Board, Calendar, Matrix, device sync, sharing, and cloud backup.

How the weekly planner works.

The planner shows a backlog column on the left containing overdue tasks, tasks without a date, and tasks marked someday: and day columns for the rest of the week. Drag any task from the backlog into Monday, Tuesday, or whichever day makes sense. The task gets that date set automatically.
